Efficiency of the movements in the WOD


3 rounds to complete as many reps as possible in one unbroken attempt at each of the following with a strict 1 minute rest between attempts:

Wall Balls 20/14lb to a 10/9' target
Double unders
Thrusters 50/35kg
Pull ups

After each round rest 1 minute then run 200m for time then rest 1 minute before beginning the next round!
