Part A

On the minute every minute for 10 minutes complete:

odd minute - max effort of unbroken chest to bar pull ups
even minute - for 40 seconds complete 10 wall balls 20/14lb, then AMRAP of double unders

5 minutes rest then

Part B

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Deadlifts 100/70kg
5 Wall climbs
20 Box jumps 24/20"
