Skill / Strength

Establish a 20 rep max thruster then rest 1 minute before completing as many reps as possible of push jerk at the same weight

Metcon 

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

10 Toes to bar
10 Burpee box jumps
10 Squats

Rest between rounds for the same time it takes to complete each round.

Then after the rest on last round complete 20/15 muscle ups for time.

3-2-1-GO!!
