Overhead squats 5-5-5-5-5


In teams of 2 accumulate as many points as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Ground to overhead 80/60 60/40kg 
10 Box jump overs
5 Toes to bar

Athletes will receive 4 points per rep for 80/60kg and 1 point for 60/40kg on the ground to overhead. One full round with 80/60 is worth 35 points and with 60/40, 20 points.

Athletes will complete a full round each before alternating.
