Working in same sex teams of 2, athletes must complete the following for time:
(Athlete 2 starts as soon as athlete 1 has left the rower. Athletes must use the same equipment and if the athletes come to the same piece of equipment at the same time it must be shared until one athlete moves onto the next exercise)

2 Rounds of:

10 Toes to bar
20 Wall Balls 20/14lb to a 10/9' target
10 Power Cleans 61/43kg
5 Muscle ups

Check out - When both athletes have completed the last muscle up of the second round, both athletes must complete a 400m run while the other performs as many double unders as possible.

Score is the time it takes to complete the whole WOD in seconds minus total double unders acheived.
