4 rounds of 4 mins to complete as many rounds as possible of:

You have 2 mins to run 400m (if you are back within the time you may rest the remainder of the 2 mins)
Then complete AMRAP in 2 mins of:

3 Pull ups
6 Burpees
9 Hang power snatch 20/15kg
12 Double unders

No rest between rounds!
