CrossFit Cheltenham WOD
In teams of 4, athletes must take it in turns to waiter walk 20/12kg 260/200m while the 3 remaining athletes complete AMRAP in 4 minutes at each station of:
2 person sled pulls for 30 meters with 50kg (Each meter is 1 rep)
Tyre flips (1 each before rotating)
Rope climbs (1-2 each before rotating)
Wall climbs (2-4 each before rotating)
GHD sit ups (5-10 each before rotating
Teams will be awarded 30 reps per waiter walk completed to add to their team total
