Handstand progressions


5 Rounds for time and distance of:

20 Lunges with a single kettlebell overhead 24/16kg (10 each arm)
10 Hand release press ups
10 AbMat sit ups
Max handstand walk
(One attempt to handstand walk 30 feet and if you complete the 30 feet you can attempt it again and again until you do not get across the distance successfully) 

Result is time and total distance walked on the hands
