CrossFit Cheltenham WOD
In teams of 2, for time and reps, complete 10 rounds in total of:
5 Power clean 60/40kg
10 Front squat 60/40kg
5 Jerks 60/40kg
While one athlete is completing a round of the above the other is trying to complete as many pull ups as possible. At the completion of each round the athletes change over.
Post time it takes to complete the 10 rounds and total pull ups completed.
