CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

With a partner of the opposite sex complete all three parts together:

Part A

Complete AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

5 Pull Ups
10 Kettlebell swings 16kg
20 Over box jumps 20" (both feet must touch the top of the box but full extension is not necessary)

Rest 4 mins

Part B

You have 8 mins to complete as many reps as possible in 5 attempts at a max effort double under (You can have as much practice between attempts as you want but once you have declared a 'real' attempt if you fail to get 1 rep that would be zero scored for that attempt)

Rest 4 minutes

Part C

You have 8 minutes to establish a 20 rep max thruster (unbroken with no rest)
