Working on the even minute and resting on the odd minute, complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

15 Deadlifts 50/35kg


10 Front Squats 50/35kg
5 Shoulder to overhead 50/35kg
10 Burpees

Complete AMRAP in 2 mins on each of the following 4 couplets with a 3 minute rest between each one for 2 rounds in total:

8 Deadlifts 100/70kg

4 Power Cleans 85/60kg
8 Chest to bar pull ups

8 Toes to bar

4 Power Snatches 60/40kg
20 Double Unders
