You have 7 mins to achieve a 1RM power clean and jerk.

Rest 5 minutes

For distance:

You have 7 minutes to row as far as possible. Every 200m stop and complete 20 push ups. 

Rest 5 minutes

Complete as many reps of the following complex as possible, in 7 mins:

1 Deadlift, 1 Power clean, 1 hang power clean, 2 split jerks 60/40kg
