CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

In teams of 4 you have 2 minutes at each station to complete as many reps as possible of:

Kettlebell shuttle runs 24/16kg (80 foot = 1 rep)
Pull Ups
Ring dips
Team Deadlift 100/65kg
Joint squats with 2 athletes, each holding the end of a Barbell on alternating shoulders 40/25kg
Tyre Flips
Wall Climbs
Wheelbarrow walk with 3 burpees every time you change the athlete round (40 foot = 1 rep)

30 seconds rest between stations.
