CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

In teams of 3 move round the 5 stations with 3 mins on each and complete as many reps as possible of:

Row for calories
Box jumps with a squat at the bottom and the top of the jump 30/24"
Pull Ups
Wall Ball 20/14lb to a 10/9' line
Deadlift and Barbell roll out 100/60kg
