In teams of 2 for time complete the following:
The teams can not move to the next pair of exercises until all reps are completed on the pair they are working on. The reps can be divided between the team as you see fit.

30 Back Squat 80/55kg
30 Hand release press ups

50 Sit Ups
50 Strict Shoulder Press 50/30kg

70 Kettlebell Deadlifts 2/1.5 pood
70 Burpees
